Key responsibilities Do you always place clients at the centre of your priorities? Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere? To strengthen our team in Lausanne, we are looking for a new/new colleague as an Event Waiting, on call and paid per hour (about 65 hours per year on average). In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service at various events, such as customer meetings, press conferences or third party events involving UBS. You will support the event manager and play a key role in ensuring the proper conduct and safety of each event.
The team The Event Attendants form a motivated and dynamic team, active in different regions of Switzerland. Together, we actively support each other at exciting regional events, in order to create memorable experiences for our customers. We are part of the Group Functions unit, which offers a wide range of logistics services.
