Real Estate Client Advisor (Romandy Region) 100%
As a young subsidiary of the Basler Kantonalbank, we launched "Zak," the first smartphone bank on the Swiss market. This makes us a tiny bit faster, smarter, and perhaps even bolder than other banks. Your mission
- Provide personalized, professional, and needs-oriented advice to clients (housing and construction cooperatives and real estate investors)
- Proactively manage and develop your own client portfolio
- Thrill clients through your advice
- Build networks and contribute to the awareness of our bank in your region (representation duties)
- Analyze and prepare credit protocols
- Study annual and income statements
- Prepare real estate appraisals
- Collaborate closely with various internal structures
Your contribution
- At least three years of professional experience as a real estate client advisor with your own client portfolio or as an assistant in this business sector
- Excellent knowledge in the field of real estate financing
- Good knowledge of the real estate market
- Commercial or specialized training
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire clients
- Solution-oriented thinking ability
- Entrepreneurial spirit
