- Coordinate applications from the care units, operating room, day clinic and other clinical departments.
- Supervise the preparation, sending and archiving of medical reports, images and documents.
- Follow-up of requests for transmission of images and results to partner physicians and institutions.
- Follow-up of insurance and other administrative partners requests.
- Manage patient specific situations, urgent requests and first-level claims.
- Ensure confidentiality, medical confidentiality and data protection.
- Train and accompany new secretariat staff.
