As a public SPITEX organization of the municipalities of Hilterfingen/Hünibach, Oberhofen and Heiligenschwendi, we care for and accompany people at home – with heart and expertise. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediately or by agreement Dipl. Nurse (FH/HF/DNII/AKP)
Your activities
- You take over the basic and treatment care including medical measures and medication management at our clients at home
- In this case, keep You always keep an eye on their well-being, recognize changes early on, take the appropriate measures and act beyond standard care.
- You accept medical prescriptions, carry them out and implement the care process actively and individually according to internal and general care standards
- You work interdisciplinary and are the contact person for clients, relatives, doctors and other participants
- After familiarization, you take on the situational day-to-day responsibility and occasionally the pikettdienst, with which you are the technical contact person for the care team
Your profile
- You have a tertiary education and professional experience, ideally in the SPITEX
- You maintain a benevolent, respectful treatment of clients and third parties
- You enjoy the care and contact with (aged) people and let others participate in it
- You work independently, flexibly, reliably and responsibly
