Main responsibilities
- You look after our customers and ensure that our transport administration runs smoothly
- As a contact person for our customers, you will handle issues competently and ensure professional support
- Transport orders are reliably recorded by you and invoices created on time
- With your eye for efficient processes, you bring in ideas, optimize existing processes and actively participate in their further development.
- Administrative tasks, master data maintenance and the creation of evaluations and statistics round off your versatile area of responsibility Profile:
- You are required to bring a completed basic commercial training or equivalent training - if you have experience in transport logistics this is a great advantage
- Oral and written you can certainly express yourself in German, English and French are advantageous
- A quick comprehension, networked thinking and a customer-oriented working method distinguish you
- You work reliably, accurately and keep track even in hectic situations
- Flexibility, teamwork and good IT user knowledge round off your profile
