- advise faculties and central organizational units on the design and further development of processes and digital services;
- work closely with stakeholders from central administration, faculties and central computer science and create common foundations for informed decisions;
- work closely with product owners and accompany development projects from problem definition through conception to implementation of new solutions;
- are actively involved in the strategic development of our services and our team.
