This is what you do with us: As Head: in Market Management Personal insurance you lead a team of seven employees and are responsible for operational market management in accident and medical day allowance insurance.

Key requirements
- Langjährige, praktische Kenntnisse im Underwriting Personenversicherungen Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung Vertiefte Kenntnisse des Maklermarktes
- Strategische und integrative Denkweise sowie Freude am persönlichen Kontakt mit unseren internen und externen Geschäftspartnern
- Umsetzungsstarke und neugierige Persönlichkeit, welche auf Augenhöhe mit Steakholdern kommuniziert
- Weiterbildung im Versicherungswesen (z.B. Fachausweis) und/oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Muttersprache Deutsch, gute Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Englisch von Vorteil
