What awaits
In this position, you are part of the Private Planning contract management team in Nyon, which is responsible for both the process management and the processing of insurance contracts, for our clients throughout Switzerland.
What you can do with us
Your main mission is to assess, process and coordinate clients' requests for 3rd pillar life insurance contracts, in French and German, in collaboration with various interlocutors, such as our general agencies. You also support managers in processing complex files.
In addition, you identify and implement process optimizations within the team or service, working with other specialists. You ensure the quality of the services provided by the team and participate in the training of your colleagues. You contribute to the achievement of service objectives through working groups or inter-service projects.
Thanks to your open and solutions oriented personality, you play a key role in strengthening our image "Dear Mobilier", placing the customer at the centre of your concerns.
What you bring
- Federal patent for private, professional or social insurance specialists or equivalent training
- Some years of experience in the field of private insurance, occupational insurance or social insurance
- Project experience is an asset
- Knowledge in the field of Compliance is an asset
- Interest and curiosity for topics related to foresight as well as for continuous optimization
- Dynamic, autonomous and customer-oriented personality with an excellent sense of collaboration
- French and/or German mother tongue with excellent knowledge in the other language (min. C1)
