As shift manager: r AEMP you coordinate and prioritize the processes within your shift, support the employees professionally and take action in the operational operation itself. Together with the team, you ensure a safe, efficient and quality-compliant processing process.The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • Organization, coordination and prioritization of workflows within the shift • Professional guidance and support for employees as well as ensuring the defined processes and specifications • Active participation in operational operations and support in all areas of processing • Ensuring a customer- and process-oriented service as well as coordination with internal and external interfaces • Monitoring of processes and facilities as well as early detection and processing of deviations, risks and disruptions • Ensuring and documenting the required routine, process and random checks • Collaboration in projects and process optimizations as well as support of the group management in the further development of the AEMP Requirements • Completed training as medical device technologist/EFZ or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience in the AEMP • Further education Specialism II (mandatory) • Secure handling of IT and documentation systems (e.g. batch documentation systems) • Ability to organize and prioritize workflows as well as professional management of employees • High problem-solving capability, resilience and decision-making capability in operational operations • Communication strength and enforcement • Willingness to work in shift operation (3-shift system) as well as on weekends and public holidays • High physical and psychological resilience as well as ability to maintain an overview and act in a structured manner even in demanding situations We offer: We offer you an interesting and varied activity with a lot of creative leeway in your function as shift manager:r.
