The Hospital Wallis is looking for a hospital for the Hospital Center Oberwallis in the Psychiatry Center Oberwallis (PZO) in the Labor Therapy Wood and Metal Workshop:

Work therapist/in 80-100 %

In the Upper Valais Hospital Center, the Upper Valais Psychiatric Center provides basic psychiatric care for the Upper Valais population (about 85,000 inhabitants) in the inpatient, semi-stationary and ambulatory areas.

Mission

• You are responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of occupational therapy measures
• They develop activities and work in therapy adapted to the resources of mentally ill people and carry them out together with patients.
• They accompany and promote patients in order to use and expand their social and professional skills
• They manage the sports and leisure activities of patient groups
• You create documentation and reports and work in interdisciplinary teams

Profile

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence in a craft profession and several years of professional experience
• Additional psychosocial training or the willingness to undertake training
• Professional experience in psychiatry desirable
• Engaged, resilient, flexible and team-capable personality
• Structured and patient-oriented working method
