Head of the Flux Management Unit (FMU) at 100% for the Operational Centre for Flows and Capabilities (COFC)
Mission
Ensure the operational management of patient flows within the scope of the UGF, ensuring their coordination, continuity and regulation, in accordance with the institutional capacity, prioritization and escalation rules defined in the framework of the COFC.
Manage and ensure the proper functioning and support of UGF staff in accordance with institutional procedures.
Implement the procedures and institutional tools for patient flows, ensure their application within the FFU and contribute to their evolution by transmitting to the CFCO identified needs, gaps and difficulties in the field.
Ensure the operational continuity of the UGF and flow management focused on safety, relevance of orientation and patient flow.
Early identification of capacitive tensions and situations beyond the UGF regulatory perimeter and escalation to the Head of Integrated Capacity Management according to the institutional rules defined.
Profile
HES training in health or management, supplemented by post-graduate specialization in hospital management or process management, or training deemed equivalent.
Experience confirmed in team management, operational patient flow management and interprofessional coordination in hospital settings.
Good understanding of patient pathways and interfaces between different hospital sectors and the care network.
Mastery of institutional tools for managing and monitoring flows.
Excellent communication skills, relationship and diplomacy.
Operational leadership, decision-making capacity and compliance with the scope of delegation.
Capacity to anticipate, prioritize and manage live situations.
Ability to work in cross-cutting governance and to contribute to common institutional decisions.
