- Professional and personnel management as well as further development of the Medical Coding team
- Responsibility for medical controlling and its further development
- Ensuring full medical documentation and correct revenue mapping
- Strategic and structural development of medical coding
- Close cooperation with the medical profession, nursing, controlling and other relevant interfaces
- Your profile:
- Several years of experience in medical coding / medical controlling, ideally with leadership experience
- Medical or comparable basic training, ideally supplemented by sound knowledge of medical coding
- Strong understanding of medical and business relationships
- Good IT\ user knowledge as well as analytical and structured workflow
- Communication-strong, binding and decision-making personality with a high level of personal responsibility
