• Leadership of the team Revisions & Conversions in the area of rolling stock & traction at Polywerkstatt Brig. Collaboration in the management team of the Polywerkstatt Brig department
• Leading the technical and timely handling of the audit work, conversions and modification orders for thermal and electric traction and towed vehicles
• Ensuring the quality and economic processing of orders combined with the continuous optimization of processes
• Responsible for the organisation and handling of axle processing on the underfloor lathe
• Promoting cooperation in the team and further development of employees

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the technical field with in-depth work experience and managerial experience
• knowledge of the railway industry or Vehicle maintenance is advantageous
• High level of expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, metalworking and electrical engineering
• Team player with commitment, persuasion, motivational ability and flexibility
• Implementation strength through exemplary function and assertiveness
