The position is included in the Corporate Communication & IBSA Foundation, as part of the management of business communication activities.
Responsibility and activity
- Support in the creation of IBSA Group's institutional communication plans
- Creating content and managing online and offline communication, both internal and external
- Building and updating of materials and institutional communication platforms
- Collaboration with the organization of events and meetings
- IBSA Group PR activities management
- Coordination of external agencies and partners for specific communication activities
- Collaboration and interface with various business functions for the activation of required communication activities
Profile requested
- Degree/Master in communication, humanities, scientific, economic or related subjects.
- At least 3 years of experience in communication, content creation, digital communication and PR, ideally at communication departments of companies, associations or communication agencies
- Experience in content planning, creating content for social media, storytelling strategies and coordinating external/client agencies
- Experience in PR business management
- Knowledge of the functioning of social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
- Italian compulsory, excellent knowledge of English written and spoken (C1)
- Teamwork attitude, good organizational skills of personal work and agencies, dynamics and hourly flexibility
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of photography and video realization
- SEO Knowledge
- Good command of French and/or German
- Experience using CMS (content management systems)
