- Lead a dedicated team of medical secretariats across multiple locations
- Business training or several years of experience in a comparable administrative function
- Leadership experience as well as pleasure in accompanying and further developing employees
Main responsibilities
- Team Leader Medical Secretariats
- Lead a dedicated team of medical secretariats across multiple locations
- Stay close to everyday operations and support your team in day-to-day business if necessary
- Plan the personnel assignments in advance and ensure a smooth process (e.g. with PEP)
- Actively participate in projects, process optimizations and further developments in close cooperation with supervisors
- Work closely with medical and psychological specialists, Team Leaders med.
- Secretariats and other secretarial teams together
- Promote open communication and efficient cooperation
- Commercial training or several years of experience in a comparable administrative function
- Leadership experience as well as pleasure in accompanying and further developing employees
Key requirements
- Business training or several years of experience in a comparable administrative function

- Experience in the healthcare sector beneficial
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods
