Vos principales missions
- Accompagner et soutenir les travailleurs et travailleuses dans leur milieu professionnel, en collaboration et coordination avec des partenaires internes et externs
- Collaborer avec 2 collègues MSP au sein de l’atelier multiservices, qui accueille jusqu’à 26 bénéficiaires
- Assurer le suivi pédagogique et la référence socioprofessionnelle
Votre profile
- Formation de maître·sse socioprofessionnel·le ou formation jugée équivalente
- Titulaire d’un CFC dans un métier manuel ou technique avec de bonnes aptitudes pratiques
- Autonomy dans le travail, créativité, sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation
- Vision entrepreneuriale et orientée développement de l’activité de l’atelier
- Aptitudes pédagogiques, relationnelles, capacités d’adaptation et de négociation
- Rigueur dans l’application des processus de travail, des normes de production et d’hygiène
- Titulaire du permis de conduire
- Expérience auprès de personnes avec une déficiency intellectuelle serait un atout
