Our customer, a renowned Swiss SME, develops and produces technologically leading machine and system solutions for industrial applications.
We are looking for an immediately or by agreement in the Seetal region:
Senior HR Business Partner \& Stv. Head HR 100% (a)
Your responsibility and design area:
- Sparring\-Partner:in for the Head of HR in strategic and operational issues
- Technical advice and HR\-relevant support for line managers and all employees
- Optimization and further development of HR processes as well as harmonization of regulations in CH and foreign subsidiaries
- Support of executives in the implementation of the corporate strategy and participation in cross-divisional projects
- Establishment and implementation of internal training and training to strengthen HR and leadership skills
- Assistance in the HR\ administration if necessary and easy travel within Europe
Your skills and talents
- In-depth commercial training with HR\ further education (e.g. HR\ specialist card, study or comparable) as well as several years of experience as HR\business\ partner: in, ideally in the internationally oriented SME environment
- Safe handling of labour law issues, combined with business understanding and strong analytical thinking skills
- High social competence, absolute trustworthiness and sovereign attitude in dealing with managers and employees
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset, enthusiasm, agility and openness to change as well as clear organizational strength in demanding situations
- German mother tongue, fluent English skills (C1\) and flexibility for easy travel
