To complement our team in Rothenburg (LU), we are looking for a motivated and qualified personality as customer service consultant Commercial Vehicles & Passenger Cars. As a customer service consultant Commercial Vehicles & Passenger Cars, you help to expand and develop our services in the area of services. Their tasks
- Responsibility for coordinating and carrying out repairs and maintenance of commercial vehicles and passenger cars
- Performing order entry, order processing and repair calculations
- Scheduling for the repairs of customer vehicles (Spenglerei, Lackiererei & Schlosserei)
- Acceptance and delivery of customer vehicles
- Ensuring smooth customer service and excellent customer experience
- Assisting the manager in the management and organisation of the holding
- Maintenance of insurance, financing and garage partners (15 active partnerships)
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines
- Assistance in the management, motivation and further development of employees
- Taking over the deputy manager of Carrosserie Rothenburg
Our requirements
- Apprenticeship degree as a carrosseriespengler EFZ, carrosseries painter EFZ or vehicle closer EFZ
- Industry-specific training is advantageous
- Professional experience in customer service or vehicle repairs
- Experience in creating calculations with SilverDat is beneficial
- Organizational talent with high problem-solving competence
- High degree of customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Resilience and flexibility for a dynamic working environment
- Team spirit and the ability to work effectively with different departments
- Self-employment and efficient working methods
