To strengthen the team at the Visp site, an experienced professional is sought to provide technical leadership for an EMR subteam. The focus is on project engineering, maintenance, documentation, knowledge transfer, and compliance with GMP and safety regulations.

Your responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of automation projects (plant optimizations, expansions, product changeovers)
- Technical responsibility throughout all project phases – from conception to commissioning
- Participation in interdisciplinary project teams as well as in risk analyses and operational trials
- Ensuring reliable, cost-effective maintenance in a GMP-regulated environment
- Coordination of internal and external partners and monitoring of the maintenance budget
- Maintenance and continuous updating of plant documentation (SAP, COMOS)
- Responsibility for GMP-compliant change management and system maintenance
- Providing technical support for defined EMR areas and transferring know-how to workshop and operations personnel
- Compliance with and implementation of applicable GMP, safety and environmental requirements
Your profile
- Completed degree in engineering (ETH, FH, HF) in electrical engineering, automation engineering or systems engineering
- Several years of experience in operations, maintenance or plant construction in a GMP-regulated environment
- Knowledge of SAP, COMOS, DeltaV and MES is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, and good English language skills
- Structured and independent way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Team-oriented mindset, clear communication and a high ability to work under pressure
- Open to new technologies and agile ways of working
