- The Supply Planning Manager is accountable for leading the site's end-to-end supply planning function, ensuring reliable production execution, optimized inventory levels, and full material and capacity readiness for manufacturing operations.
- The role owns the Master Production Schedule (MPS), supply planning governance, inventory strategy, and planning risk management across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
- The position leads and develops the Supply Planning team while driving alignment between Operations, Quality, MSAT, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management.
- The Supply Planning Manager plays a critical role in supporting site performance, supply reliability, growth projects, tech transfers, digital transformation initiatives, and long-term supply chain strategy. What you will do:
- Own and optimize the site Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring alignment of demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and material availability to maintain reliable product supply.
- Lead short-, medium-, and long-term supply planning processes, supporting S /IBP through capacity forecasts, inventory projections, scenario planning, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, MSAT, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management to resolve constraints and drive execution.
- Manage inventory strategy, capacity planning, supply risk mitigation, and business continuity plans while balancing service levels, operational flexibility, and working capital targets.
- Establish and monitor planning KPIs, maintain planning master data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.
