Show us how #UNSTOPPABLE you are! ## STORE MANAGER (m/f) ### YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR COLLECTIVE SUCCESS Under the direct responsibility of the Regional Manager, you are responsible for your store and your goal is:
- To lead and train your team towards success.
- To ensure, with your team, optimal customer service.
- To achieve sales targets, wage management, and inventory and markdown rates.
- To ensure the implementation of omni Channel in your store.
- You are responsible for the respect of safety measures in the store.
- You oversee the optimal management of merchandise and ensure a clean store visual in line with internal guidelines.
- With your help, your team gains new customers and you perpetuate relationships with existing customers.
- You act as an engine and know how to motivate your team. ### WHAT CHARACTERIZES YOU
- You have basic commercial training in retail.
- You have already 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the young fashion sector.
- You like to work result-oriented and measure your success by the objectives achieved and key figures.
- Organization, planning, and communication are among your strengths.
- You have very good knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage.
- You are up-to-date on fashion, creative, and 100% oriented towards sales and customers.

Requirements
Basic commercial training in retail
2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
