You guarantee quality hospitality and service, you can easily adapt in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. You set up tables, take orders and provide a neat service until customers leave. You are a trusted person and know how to anticipate customer expectations. Your main qualities are stress resistance, flexibility, dynamism and versatility as well as a strong team spirit. The post will also include mentoring and training of staff.
You have a CFC and benefit from certified experience in the area of brewery-type service at hotel and traditional establishments in Switzerland for at least 2 years.
You know how to work independently and as a team and you have a great sense of listening and a pleasant character. You are a dynamic, flexible, smiling, friendly, social, autonomous person with a sense of responsibility, conscientious and endowed with a good character.
Facilities for adaptation and integration as well as an excellent presentation are essential.
The centre trains people with service techniques, so it will also be necessary to be calm and pedagogue.
Position to be filled in one year-long position (subject to competition); Mandatory vehicle and mastery of English and French B2 mandatory (any other language an asset). Salary according to CLC.
