The Quartier LôDzé is looking for an additional receptionist (M/F) to strengthen its team at the Hotel Borsari and the Bains Publics. We are looking for a welcoming, versatile and autonomous person with an excellent sense of service and customer relationship.
Your missions
- Ensure check-in and check-out of guests of Hotel Borsari.
- Welcome customers with professionalism and friendliness.
- Manage reservations for District LôDzé, follow up and process special requests.
- Respond to customer requests by telephone and email.
- Inform and promote the hotel services as well as the various F&B outlets.
- Ensure the closing and updating of accounts receivable in the PMS system, as well as the collection of entries at the Public Baths.
- Perform administrative tasks related to reception.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and public bath regulations.
- Effectively manage potential problems and complaints from clients.
- Inform customers about activities, attractions and events in the Valais region.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure quality customer experience.
Profile sought
- Experience in a reception post, ideally in hotels.
- Excellent sense of hospitality, communication and customer service.
- Good control of IT tools and ease with hotel management systems (PMS).
- Organization, autonomy, versatility and responsibility.
- Ability to manage claims and claims calmly and effectively.
- Good knowledge of Valais and its tourist activities, an asset.
- Careful presentation, team spirit and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and availability for various schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
