In addition to the traditional disciplines of neurological rehabilitation and the musculoskeletal system, our two clinics in Sion (CRR) and Bellikon (RKB) offer specific services for the rehabilitation of burned patients, technical orthopaedics and vocational rehabilitation, early rehabilitation, para/tetraplegia patients. We are looking for our future: \\Principal missions\\ \Administrative management for both clinics in French and German: \ Document management \Management and monitoring of client returns, CIRS messages, etc. \ Support for documentation of improvement and corrective measures \Organization of satisfaction assessments (patients, senders) and internal and external audits \ Documentation of audits, quality circles, incident analysis groups, etc. \Assistance with risk controls \ Management and analysis of statistics \Support for the introduction of quality management and processes \ Support for the development and implementation of quality concepts and improvement measures with specialized sectors (quality agreement according to art. 58a LAMal) \Support for implementation and control of internal and external quality requirements and standards (e.g. ANQ, Hplus) \ Collaboration with projects (e.g.: Our collaboration within the team is based on benevolence, trust, reliability and service orientation.
