Tasks
- Welcome, advise and look after the guests
- Support operational operations, active participation in the restaurant
- Layer planning and independent layer management
- Annual talks
- Ordering restaurant, inventory, processing invoices
- Supporting the Store Manager in operational matters
- Participation in cadre and manager meetings
- Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP standards
Requirements
- Completed training in gastronomy
- Good knowledge of German, other languages beneficial
- Leadership experience, service and service oriented
- Positive charisma, friendly and motivated
- Team players, good organizational skills
- Flexible and mobile (evening and weekend shifts)
- High affinity for fresh and high-quality products
