- Mind. 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy or corporate development: additional experience in an operational function with implementation and result responsibility is an advantage
- Master's degree (university, university of applied sciences): in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable relevant field of study
- Experience in leading complex transformation projects
- A creative mindset, good storytelling skills and experience leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action A structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as quick comprehension
- High initiative, strong intrinsic motivation and strong implementation
