- Recording of the wishes of patients and guests by means of an electronic menu selection system
- All tasks involved in preparation and follow-up for the service
Main responsibilities
- Recording of the wishes of patients and guests by means of an electronic menu selection system
- All tasks involved in preparation and follow-up for the service
- Completion of customer-oriented beverage and meal service as well as laundry logistics in the patient rooms
- Weekly ordering of food and nonfood for the stations
Company and context
- of rooming-in of guests and flower care
- Daily contribution to the well-being of our patients Requirements
- Some years of experience in the service sector, ideally in the hotel industry or in a hospital environment Good PC user knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (understanding of Swiss dialect), knowledge of foreign languages is desirable
- Careful appearance and courteous and respectful treatment of patients Teamwork, professional conversation skills We offer:
