• Tasks: Responsibility for the professional, economical and timely implementation of the construction measures * Coordination, control and monitoring of external planning offices, specialist planners, construction companies and other project partners. Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality standards and contractual
• Requirements during all project phases. \Ensure that all construction and infrastructure measures comply with the current state of the art and are implemented in accordance with the contract. \ Co-responsibility for the implementation and compliance with the construction site safety concept in close cooperation with project management, safety managers and construction management. Support for stakeholder management as well as communication and coordination with authorities, residents, infrastructure managers and other stakeholders. \Collaboration in tenders, the preparation of works and JV contracts, the evaluation of offers as well as in procurement processes in cooperation with purchasing, legal department and external partners. Ongoing documentation, reporting and tracking of project progress including cost, deadline and risk management. \Your requirement profile:\\\ Completed studies (bachelor or master) in civil engineering or a similar technical discipline. \Sound professional experience in the management and implementation of construction, infrastructure or civil engineering projects. \ Several years of experience in contaminated sites\\renovation, environmental construction or landfill construction desirable\Sound knowledge of project management, including budget, deadline and cost management. \ Negotiating-safe German and good English skills in word and writing. Experience in the coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as external planners, contractors and authorities. \Good knowledge in contract management as well as in ensuring quality, safety and technical standards in construction projects. \ Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills as well as an independent and result-oriented working method.
