Introduction
On behalf of our customer, a renowned and well-established company, we are looking for a motivated personality as a construction manager. In this role, you assume responsibility for the operational management of construction sites and ensure compliance with quality, deadlines and costs throughout the construction process.
Tasks
- Organization and control of construction site processes including deployment and resource planning
- Coordination and coordination with entrepreneurs, trades and external service providers
- Control of costs, deadlines and construction quality according to project requirements
- Preparation of reports, construction journals, minutes and participation in construction meetings
- Communication and cooperation with builders, planners, authorities and internal specialists
- Ensuring occupational safety, quality and environmental standards in accordance with SUVA guidelines
- Implementation of controls, partial and final acceptances and handling of deficiencies until final handover
- Responsibility for construction administration as well as scheduling and process coordination
Profile
- Completed basic training in the construction industry
- Several years of professional experience in construction management
- Good knowledge of construction administration and digital work equipment
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Communication strength and negotiating skills in dealing with different project participants
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
