Your profile
Completed training in the construction industry or many years of practical professional experience Several years of experience on construction sites in civil engineering Leadership experience as a polisher, foreman or in a comparable function Experience in the organisation and coordination of construction sites Good knowledge of construction processes and work processes Very good knowledge of German Self-employed, structured and responsible working practices Good organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility Secure attitude towards employees and other project participants Team-oriented and solution-oriented working method High level of commitment and commitment Resilience and the ability to keep track even in demanding situations Enforcement and clear communication High quality and safety awareness Willingness to take responsibility and actively participate in the construction site
