- Act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting operational excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization. What we are looking for:
- Master’s degree or PhD (preferred) in Bioconjugation, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline, with a focus on organic chemistry.
- Significant industry experience in bioconjugation methodologies, biopharma manufacturing and/or process development, ideally within bioconjugates.
- Hands-on experience with downstream processing, including chromatography and filtration technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound technical decisions.
- In-depth understanding of bioprocess technologies and practical cGMP manufacturing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Fluent English language skills;
- German language knowledge is an advantage.
