Our rehabilitation center located in Crans-Montana, in the idyllic setting of the Valais Alps, is looking for the site of its Clinic Lucernoise, one/one Nurse/Era Practitioner/trainer 100% Your activities
- Identifying, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing services in preventive, curative and educational areas specific to rehabilitation
- Welcoming, integrating and accompanying nursing students during their practical training period
- Define individualised learning objectives adapted to the level of training and the skills to be developed
- Promote the development of autonomy, clinical reasoning, professional posture and student relational skills
- Support the integration of theoretical knowledge into daily clinical practice
- Conducting intermediate and final evaluations in accordance with training institution benchmarks
- Promote the involvement of patients in their care project and in the recovery of their self-help
- Performing delegated medical acts, delegating acts dependent on your own role and ensuring their accountability
- Contributing to collaborative solutions within the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in the supervision and evaluation of students and trainees and the integration of new employees Your profile
- Diploma in nursing ES or HES (with recognition Swiss Red Cross if foreign)
- CAS or microcertification of practitioner/trainer or willingness to do so
- Interest in working as an interdisciplinary team
- French or German mother tongue (B2 level), with good knowledge of the other language
- Very good communication skills
- Responsibility, autonomy, rigour, vigilance and technicality
- Mastery of common computer tools
- Flexibility, stress resistance
