While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland. - Independent planning and coordination of daily care and support assignments taking into account client needs and available human resources
- Creation and optimization of operational and tour plans
- Flexible adaptation of operational planning in the event of short-term changes, staff failures and urgent requests
- Receiving and processing telephone inquiries from clients, relatives and employees
- Close cooperation with nursing service management and nursing teams
- Maintenance and updating of client and employee data in the electronic planning system
- Completion of administrative and organisational tasks
You bring that with you
- You have a commercial education or a commercial school degree
- Experience in Spitex is an advantage
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of Perigon
- You bring a sound professional experience and flair for all administrative work
- You already have experience in disposition, preferably for nursing assignments, or you are motivated to familiarize yourself with this dynamic and interesting area of work.
- You have very good communication and organizational skills
- You are team- and service-oriented
- You bring an IT affinity and the use of digital work tools is easy for you
