Your Mission
At the heart of the destination, you help offer a quality welcome to our visitors and make Torgon shine throughout the year.
Your main responsibilities
• To welcome, advise and inform visitors at the Tourist Office; • Manage requests by phone and e-mail; • Make bookings and sales related to activities and events; • Update the content of the website and the communication media of the destination; • Promote the activities and experiences proposed in the station. Depending on the seasons, needs and your affinities, you can also: • Take part in administrative tasks, such as monitoring residence taxes, accounting records and processing incoming and outgoing invoices; • Contribute to the organization of events and support certain animations, such as the organization of musical animations in restaurants; • Create content for social networks and newsletters; • Participate in the setting up and maintenance of Torgon's tourist products, such as the archery trail, the escape game or Torgonland. Your profile • You have a real interest in tourism and mountains; • You benefit from training in tourism, hotels, commerce or an equivalent title; • You speak English very well
- German is a major asset;
• You have good editorial skills; • You are comfortable with social networks, Canva and Microsoft Office suite; • You are smiling, welcoming, creative and enjoy human contact; • You know how to work autonomously, with a practical and solutions oriented spirit; • You are flexible and available on weekends, public holidays and occasionally in the evenings; • You have a driving licence and a vehicle.
