Your Tasks

• Coordination of logistics activities between the central warehouse and internal and external contact persons
• Ensure a smooth day-to-day operation in the areas of storage and inventory management carried out by external logistics service providers (3PL)
• Operational contact for external logistics service providers
• Coordination of material transfers, incoming goods and order-related logistics processes
• Implementation and support of ventures, system bookings, stock adjustments and root causes of stock deviations
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the data quality of basic logistics data in SAP
• Monitoring, analysis and optimization of internal processes and cooperation in logistics and cross-sectoral improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and safety and quality requirements for all activities
• Support in the analysis of errors, problem solving and processing of escalations in connection with the storage and logistics processes of external service providers (3PL)

Your profile

• Completed logistics training (preferably logistics specialist/woman or CPT) with your own skills card
• Multi-annual experience (at least 2 years) in pharmaceutical logistics or in a GMP-regulated environment and experience with external service providers (in particular 3PLs)
• Well-founded knowledge of GMP/GMP, hazardous goods shipment (IATA, ADR)
• Practical experience with SAP EWM / World Cup / MM
• Analytic capabilities for process optimization and data analysis
• Communication strength, organisational talent, resilience and reliability
• Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing
