Your tasks

• Conducting the shipping activities and processing of direct deliveries
• Coordination & execution of temperature controlled transports
• Use of validated packaging systems and monitoring of temperature data (logger, monitoring)
• Documentation of all temperature and shipping data according to regulatory requirements.
• Analysis and continuous improvement of the shipping processes.
• Inventory control and data maintenance in the ERP system and implementation of inventures.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and compliance requirements throughout the logistics sector.

Your profile

• Completed logistics training (preferably logistics specialist/woman or CPT) with your own skills card
• Perennial experience (at least 3 years) in pharmaceutical logistics or in a GMP-regulated environment
• Well-founded knowledge of GMP, hazardous goods shipment (IATA, ADR) and cold chain handling
• Practical experience with SAP EWM / World Cup / MM
• Analytic capabilities for process optimization and data analysis
• Communication strength, organisational talent, resilience and reliability
• Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing
• Forklift card and experience with forklift trucks
