What you will do
- Repairing or replacing malfunctioning components, parts, and other mechanical or electrical equipment in the clean room and sterile environment (experience with aseptic filling lines is preferrable)
- Performing functional tests to validate the effectiveness of repair work. Maintaining records of maintenance services and repairs
- Executes manufacturing activities in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for resolution
- Eliminating faults in the systems
- Open and track malfunction reports
- Continuous improvements
- Cooperate, advice and support Plant Engineering department
- Coordination of work processes in consultation with the team leaders
- Advanced handling of SAP, Cornerstone, DMS, Office 365.
What we are looking for
- You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship as a mechanic or related profession (production mechanic, car mechanic, etc.)
- Several years of experience as a mechanic is an advantage.
- Excellent interpretation of P&ID diagrams or drawings.
- Very good knowledge of German is essential, English is an advantage
- Independent and precise way of working.
- You are customer-oriented and open to new ideas.
- Very good knowledge of English is essential, German is an advantage.
- Willing to work in 3-Shifts pattern, including Saturdays. Willing to be part of on call duty.
