Our profile
Since June 2019 we have been able to run the Schäferstube and inspire our guests with great pleasure. On the forest edge of Saas-Fee, directly accessible by the skis (SKI IN SKI OUT), the Schäferstube with its unique sun terrace is definitely worth a visit. As young hosts of the region, we revive the gastronomy of Saas-Fee. Both of us were able to work as management positions in upscale restaurants and hotels and acquire in-depth expertise there.
Honest craftsmanship mixed with creativity, precision and a lot of love for domestic, high-quality products set us apart.
