- Very good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; proactive, service-oriented and reliable work.
- Very good written and oral communication skills as well as high personal responsibility, curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Security in creating and publishing engaging content for digital and social channels in compliance with brand standards.
- Basic knowledge of photo, video and graphic editing, for example with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content and productivity tools as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
- Strong interest in digital media, social media, content creation and new technologies.
- fluent knowledge of German in words and writing as well as very good knowledge of English;

- Creating, publishing and monitoring content for internal and external digital communication channels, including social media, short videos, visual stories and other digital formats.
- Identification of storytelling opportunities as well as content creation at leadership events, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
- Basic processing of photos, videos, presentations and other communication materials for different target groups and channels.
- Publication and maintenance of content on the corporate website, on the intranet and on other internal and external channels.
- Support for editorial planning, content termination, approval processes and publishing workflows as well as ensuring quality, consistency and compliance with brand and communication standards.
- Support for the maintenance and further development of communication platforms and the introduction of AI-enabled and digital tools.
- Support in the planning and implementation of photo shoots, video productions, leadership events, executive visits, town halls and other communication events at headquarters, including coordination of relevant service providers and partners
- Support in the development and implementation of communication measures for internal and external target groups in an international corporate environment.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Global Communications team, including meeting organisation, appointment and travel planning, holiday coordination and support for budget and supplier management.
