- Your responsibilities : ---------------------- \You manage and accompany the entire recruitment process, from the publication of announcements to the commitment, through the selection of applications and the conduct of interviews. \ You independently carry out various activities related to personnel administration. You establish employment contracts, certificates, certificates and other HR documents. You are a reference person for employees and line managers on HR administrative matters. \You track entries and departures and contribute to the smooth running of HR processes. \ You are actively involved in various HR projects and continuous process improvement.
