MISSION
By working closely with the room team, you make sure the service runs smoothly on all tables. You will ensure the synchronization of the operations between kitchen and room to ensure the fluidity of the service. Anticipate malfunctions and changes in the pace of service in the room, organize itself to reduce the client's wait times. Wine tips for customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide full room service from the client's arrival to his/her departure without incident. Participation in the check of the dressing of the tables of his front row, and cleaning at the end of service. You will need to know the map and the dishes perfectly in order to be able to answer customer questions, and will be responsible at all times for the perfect application of the quality standards of the establishment, as well as compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
In all circumstances, adopt behaviour and presentation consistent with the corporate image.
- PROFESSIONAL AND CERTIFICATES:
- •Experience as a leader in one or more institutions of choice for at least 3 years.
- •CFC specialist in catering / Superior studies in hotel and catering.
- Control of languages
- French, English (German, an asset).
