The Quartier LôDzé is looking for an extra Pastry / Pastry (M/F) to strengthen its teams. We are looking for a motivated, creative and rigorous person, passionate about pastry and concerned about the quality, freshness and presentation of the products.
Your missions
- Prepare and make various pastries, desserts and other sweet creations under the supervision of the pastry chef.
- Make the basic preparations: pasta, creams, biscuits, fillings and other baking components.
- Provide dressing, finishing and presentation of pastries according to the establishment's standards.
- Participate in the establishment and organization of production as required.
- Ensure freshness, quality and good product conservation.
- Apply revenue, procedures and instructions from the pastry chef.
- Participate in raw material management and stock monitoring.
- Work closely with the pastry chef and other team members.
- Strictly apply food hygiene and safety rules, including HACCP standards.
- Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and workspace.
Profile sought
- Pastry training or equivalent work experience.
- An experience in artisanal pastry, catering or hotels is an asset.
- Mastery of basic baking techniques.
- Creativity, precision and attention to detail.
- Organizational sense, autonomy and reliability.
- Ability to work as a team and follow the direction of the pastry chef.
- Sensitivity to product quality, presentation and freshness.
- Strict compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety rules.
- Flexibility and availability according to the needs of the establishment, including weekends and holidays.
