Introduction
For an established company in the food industry, we are looking for a reliable and motivated personality as a machine operator or plant operator. You take over the operation and monitoring of modern production facilities and together with the team ensure a smooth production process and compliance with the highest quality standards.
Tasks
- Operating, setting up and monitoring production and packaging facilities
- Ensuring a trouble-free production process
- Resolve minor failures and perform simple maintenance
- Control of product quality according to internal specifications
- Compliance with hygiene, safety and quality guidelines
- Documentation of production data and workflows
- Cooperation in cleaning and conversion work on the plants
Profile
- Completed training as a plant operator, machine operator or comparable technical professional experience
- Experience in food production is beneficial
- Technical understanding and pleasure in dealing with machines
- Self-employed, responsible and careful work
- Readiness for shift work
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Team capable and resilient personality
