Mandated by one of our clients, a hotel establishment in the plain of Central Valais, we are looking for a dynamic profile that will occupy the position of:
General Administrative Assistant (M/F)
Description of post
In close collaboration with the General Government, you are actively involved in the management and organization of the housekeeping department.
Your main responsibilities will be
- Supervise and monitor the quality of cleaning of rooms and public spaces
- Supervise and support the women's/room valets team
- Participate in planning and scheduling management
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures
- Manage inventory of laundry, cleaning products and equipment
- Train new employees
- Replace the Governor in her absence
Profile sought
- Hotel training or experience confirmed in a similar post
- Institutional experience 4\or 5\ an asset
- High level of detail and quality standards
- Natural leadership and excellent organizational sense
- Good stress resistance and teamwork
- Mastery of French, any other language is an advantage
