The Regional Court Plessur is a first instance civil and criminal court based in Chur. It is affiliated with the Cantonal Coercive Measures Court and the Intermediary Office with the Arbitration Authority for Rental Matters of the Plessur Region. The business burden is approximately 2,200 cases per year (including cases of the coercive measures court). We are looking for the Regional Court Plessur per 01\\. July 2027 or by agreement a legal practitioner.
