Tasks
- Repair and replacement of technical components of vehicles
- Calibration of modern driver assistance systems
- Independent, professional processing of customer orders
- Ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction
- Assignments in the branch as well as directly at the customer on site
- Use of a service vehicle for external operations
Profile
- Completed vocational training as carrosseries commuter, car mechanic, automotive mechatronics engineer or automotive specialist EFZ
- Technical understanding and interest in the automotive industry
- Enjoyment of customer contact and service-oriented working methods
- Safe presence in a bilingual environment (German and French)
- Category B driving licence
