We, as the Office for Computer Science, are looking for an ICT service desk employee with a focus on knowledge management immediately or by agreement Your area of responsibility You create, maintain and revise instructions and checklists and prepare technical content in an understandable and addressable manner. \ You ensure that knowledge from the service desk and the specialist areas is recorded in a structured manner, processed and made usable for employees and customers. For this you work closely with the specialist areas. \You develop knowledge management in the service desk, analyze recurring support requests and derive optimizations for documentation and support knowledge. \ You process support requests and error messages and forward more complex cases to the relevant level\\ support. This is what we want from you You have completed an education or training in computer science or bring several years of experience in 1st level support. \ You have a very good written expression and can convey technical connections in an understandable and addressable manner. Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage. You have experience with Microsoft 365 as well as a broad technical understanding.
