Vous êtes au bénéfice du Brevet fédéral d'expert-e en estimations immobilières et d’une expérience solide et confirmée à cette même fonction. Vous disposez également d’une bonne connaissance du marché immobilier local et Suisse.
Habile en communication et avec la passion de transmettre vos connaissances, vous êtes à l’aise dans la formation interne de collègues.
Doté-e de fortes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et orienté-e résultats, vous performez dans l’élaboration de rapports et expertises d’estimations immobilières. Vous savez mettre en valeur les indicateurs pertinents de votre domaine d’intervention.
Vos très bonnes compétences en français se complètent par de bonnes connaissances en allemand (niveau B1) et vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise dans l’utilisation des outils IT de votre domaine.

In close collaboration with our advisors, our building department evaluates a multitude of various files and shares its expertise internally.
Specifically?
In close cooperation with advisors, advisors and internal services, you will support them in real estate and building estimates.
This involves analyses, checks and validations of estimates by reports and expertise for various units within the BCVS.
Through your expertise and monitoring of the real estate market, you will develop concepts, tools and policies for estimating buildings and participate in the real estate strategy.
In the context of purchasing, projects, maintenance and sales of buildings, you will support the head of the service and propose the relevant measures of improvement.
