- You enjoy accompanying builders in new construction, conversion and renovation projects.
- As an experienced professional, you assess real estate in terms of renovation and modernization requirements and support our customers in obtaining, assessing and comparing offers.
- When coordinating construction projects, you always keep an eye on quality, costs and construction progress.
- You are the contact person for technical questions of our employees and help them to develop further in your field.
What do you bring?
- You have several years of experience in project management in the construction industry and are very familiar with all construction phases (according to SIA).
- You have a strong understanding of quality, costs and deadlines as well as a structured and independent working method.
- You enjoy advising customers and are a strong, solution-oriented and responsible personality.
- You have good digital knowledge and experience in dealing with the common digital tools in construction and project management.
- Ideally, you have experience or further education in the field of energy consulting.
