The Spitex Region Entlebuch supports and enables with its services living and living at home for people of all ages who need care, care or help. Our comprehensive range of services includes somatic and psychiatric care, palliative plus and domestic services for eight communities in the region.
Deputy Head of Team Psychiatry Your task
- Care and support of adult clients with mental impairments with the aim of enabling them to live a self-determined everyday life at home
- Participation in securing management tasks in close cooperation with the team leader
- Responsibility for the organisation and coordination of the care process and assumption of case responsibility
- Close networking and cooperation with the other teams of our core services
- Active cooperation with external services, professionals and agencies
Your profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH psychiatry or as a dipl. Nurse HF/FH with further training in the field of psychiatry (e.g. CAS ambulatory psychiatric care)
- Mind. two years of professional experience 100% in psychiatry for the implementation of needs assessments
- Joy of self-responsible and independent work
- Strong communication skills as well as an appreciative and targeted working method
- Valid driving licence of the Cat. B and preferably own vehicle
